To remove cookies, follow these steps:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.

The Internet Options dialog opens:

2. Under the General tab, go to Temporary Internet Files

3. Select Delete Cookies

4. Click OK

5. Under Temporary Internet Files, select Delete Files

6. Check Delete All Offline Content

7. Click OK
